Client Records
As part of the booking process, you can consent to allow Kansha to keep a confidential client record (journal) within Terapeut Booking — a secure, GDPR-compliant system designed for therapists and healthcare professionals.
This system stores client notes separately from the Kansha website and is protected according to EU data protection standards.
Analytics
We use Jetpack Stats (by Automattic) to gather anonymous statistics about site visits, such as visitor numbers and popular pages.
This helps us understand how the site is used and improve the experience for visitors. No personally identifiable data is collected or shared.
Cookies
Essential cookies are used for login functionality and basic site performance. These cookies do not store personal data and expire automatically after a limited time.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not share any personal data with third parties.
Booking and profile information are stored securely within our own system and within Terapeut Booking when you have given explicit consent for journal keeping.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Profile and booking data are retained for as long as your account is active or as required for accounting and legal compliance.
Client journals in Terapeut Booking are kept according to professional and legal recordkeeping requirements in Denmark.
You may request deletion of your profile data at any time.

As a visitor or client within the EU, you have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for journal keeping at any time.
- File a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data has been handled improperly.

How We Protect Your Data
We use secure hosting, SSL encryption, and standard WordPress protections to safeguard your data.
Access to administrative systems is restricted, and all software is kept up to date.
Client journals are stored exclusively in the encrypted Terapeut Booking system.
Third-Party Services
Apart from Jetpack Stats and Terapeut Booking, no external services or advertisers have access to your data.
We do not engage in profiling, marketing automation, or data sharing with third parties.
